The sculptures of Floyd Elzinga, in material and form, are born from the earth. Drawing on nature ́s imagery, Floyd is perhaps one of our contemporary sculptors whose focus might be considered “most Canadian”, for it is particularly this earth, and these trees, and these stones, from which his inspiration is drawn.
